Terms & Conditions
Orbydispatch LLC
1. Our service
Orbydispatch LLC provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers: finding and negotiating loads, broker setup, route planning, invoicing support and document management. We act on behalf of the carrier.
2. Not a broker or carrier
Orbydispatch is not a freight broker, freight forwarder or motor carrier. We do not take possession of, or responsibility for, any cargo. The carrier is solely responsible for its operating authority, insurance, drivers, equipment, safety and compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
3. Carrier's final decision
The carrier decides which loads to accept. We present load offers and rate confirmations; the carrier confirms before any load is booked. We do not force dispatch.
4. Free 14-day trial
New carriers may receive our full dispatch service free of charge for 14 days from the start of service. In exchange, the carrier agrees to provide a short, honest video review of its experience at the end of the trial. The carrier gives Orbydispatch permission to publish that review, together with the carrier's first name and company name, on its website and social media. Reviews must reflect the carrier's honest opinion. There is no obligation to continue using our services after the trial.
5. After the trial
If the carrier wishes to continue after the trial, the price and terms will be agreed in writing before any paid service begins.
6. Limitation of liability
We work hard to find good loads, but we do not guarantee any specific number of loads, rates or income. Orbydispatch is not liable for delays, cargo claims, broker non-payment, fines, or any loss arising from the carrier's operations.
7. Ending the service
Either party may end the service at any time with notice. Loads already booked must still be completed or handled as agreed with the broker.
