Information we collect

When you sign up for our free trial or contact us, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, company name, email, phone number, MC/DOT number, equipment type, number of trucks and preferred lanes. When you become a client, we also receive the documents needed to dispatch your trucks, such as your MC authority, certificate of insurance and W-9.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide dispatch services: contacting you, setting you up with freight brokers, booking and negotiating loads, invoicing, and keeping your compliance documents up to date. We share your carrier information with brokers and factoring companies only as needed to book and get paid for your loads.

Video reviews

If you join the free 14-day trial, you agree to give a short video review. With your permission, we may publish that video, your first name and your company name on our website and social media. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Storage and security

Form submissions are stored through our website provider (Wix). We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and only keep it as long as needed for our services or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing Mohamed@orbydispatch.com or through the form on our website.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
